re: Frustrated?

I said some of this in gchat last night after the raid but for those that missed it I want to put it here as well.

Keep in mind we lost alot of people and have replaced them with people new to raiding with us. In the past it was easy to assimilate a few new people into our core and keep on moving ahead. Now though, almost half our raid group is new, and some haven't seen/experienced the fights. So we're learning to play together and re-learning some of the fights at the same time. Leave your frustrations at the door, no one likes doing 10mans so we're gonna have to accept that we are rebuilding and just have fun with it.

With the expected Nerf coming... please don't let yourselves think it will be our ace in the hole to roll through everything and blaze down the heroic bosses. At this point it will just make learning the fights and learning to play together a bit easier. If we end up tearing through the place that'll just be a bonus. Just don't log in expecting a cake-walk... even with the nerf.

Getting all frustrated and bickering back and forth isn't getting us anywhere and is most likely making the new guys wonder if they made the right choice joining us. Let's get a bit more disciplined and just have fun, even if we wipe all night long. We never singled out players in raid settings before we should not start doing it now (that's the officers/GM's problem to deal with after the raid)

Keep your heads up and we'll do fine.
