Good! You're going to have a try a little harder on the application. We definitely don't take ourselves too seriously around here, but we are selective in who we bring into the guild, for a lot of reasons that I'm sure are too obvious to list.
Do me a favor and elaborate more on the questions asked in the application. Specifically I'd like to know your age (ball park at least), your guild/raiding history, and why you've decided that AoR would be a good guild for you. I see your raiding history on the Armory, but that does not tell me who you killed those bosses with or when, and it does not tell me why you'd like to continue killing bosses with us. You can answer these questions in another reply here in this thread, since I don't think it will let you edit your actual application.

yea ive been in and out of guilds ever since i started raiding again in late cata i usually leave because most of the players are not capable of gearing themselves/cant follow simple mechanics in the raid. i am looking for people who can pull their weight and maybe even be exemplary players when it comes to having the correct talent/gem/spec etc..
