Some notes from last night after reviewing the logs:
-Don't stand in front of the Bellows Operators once phase two starts, they do a cone attack that should only hit tanks.
-Do better at interrupting Cauterizing Wounds on the Firecallers, we had a fuck ton of casts go off, including half a dozen on the Primals. Primal Elementalist number 3 got a lot of healing in particular (that might be partly due to timing of wipes).
-Stop blowing each other up with bombs (my side in particular!)
-Slag elementals blow up when they die, so try to avoid standing there when that happens. Only interrupt the one we are killing in position it, after that its target can move away and it will stay stationary and keep casting.
***New Strategy! If you are focused by a slag, move YOUR slag (by interrupting it) onto the current OR next primal, then move away. Everyone else, DO NOT interrupt ANY slag that is already on top of a Primal, but interrupt the ones that are not in order to get them there quicker (since not everyone can interrupt).***
-Volatile Fire hurts, you must move away from everyone when you have it until it explodes at the end of the debuff.
-Blast was, of course, far and away the highest damaging ability. Kill the Bellows Operators faster and handle phase 2 more smoothly and the Heat level will stay lower and we will get far fewer blasts.
-The Heart of the Mountain was left in a Security Guard's shield buff for 15 seconds.... Bad news!
-At our current raid's ilvl, we have about a 2% chance per attempt to kill Blackhand. So I'd realistically put the over/under for our first kill at roughly 85.5 attempts!
