Summary (from the second link above)

Phase 1
-Heroism and cooldowns on pull, at the start of every Phase 1 there is a small amount of time before Swelling Corruption goes up on Immerseus.
-From the starting positions, move round one sector each time the boss has used Corrosive Blast.
-Tank swap on Corrosive Blast
-When the boss gains Swelling Corruption, be careful not to gain more than 3-4 stacks. Switch from single target nuking to AoEing the Congealed Sha adds until stacks drop off before moving back onto the boss. This is repeated until Swelling Corruption is about to drop off at which point the boss should be nuked whilst the tank not currently tanking Immerseus picks up and burns down remaining adds.
-Push the boss into Phase 2 with as few Congealed Sha adds up as possible, this means trying to push him when the Swelling Corruption debuff is not active - later in the fight, on the last couple of Phase 1 iterations, barely any adds will spawn anyway so it's not as dangerous then.
-Don't risk getting overrun by adds, if they aren't dropping quickly enough and are causing too much damage on the raid if the tank cannot pick them all up, stay on them for a while longer even if Swelling Corruption has dropped off the boss.
-The boss tank should try and keep some adds on them to DPS when waiting for stacks to drop, this allows them to keep up active mitigation.
-Watch out for Swirl and make a quick call on whether to outrun it or pop a cooldown and take the hit. Make sure you don't get hit by Corrosive Blast when moving back into position straight after a Swirl.
-On the transition into Phase 2 as the boss Splits, the void zones from Sha Bolts being drawn towards the centre still do standard damage, so don't run through them all to get to your allocated location.

Phase 2
-The adds themselves are killed/healed and provide buffs in exactly the same way as on Normal difficulty. however the pool in the centre where the Puddle adds converge grows slowly over time and rapidly whenever it absorbs adds, causing raid damage to increase with proportion to it's size and meaning that adds get absorbed far further out from the centre than at it's normal size.
-Many Sha Puddles / few Contaminated Puddles early in the fight, few Sha Puddles / Many Contaminated Puddles later in the fight.
-Healers should soak Sha Pool stacks to reduce the size of the pool early in the fight, ranged DPS should soak Sha Pool stacks later in the fight and tanks can be used to soak stacks at any time.
-Adjust positions so that if there are few relevant adds near you, you can help in another area where there are many adds.
-Sha Puddles are susceptible to stuns, slows and other forms of CC. Contaminated Puddles move more slowly as their health increases.
-When moving back into position for Phase 1, make sure you don't get hit by Corrosive Blast if you are running back from very far away.
-Amended timing for pushing Immerseus into P2 after confirmation with our kill tonight

I'm curious if 4 healing this fight would be worthwhile to try. Near the end, the more healing we have, the more damage we are technically putting out on the boss. Probably best to stick with 3 healers, though, since it's the beginning that is the most difficult part, and by the time he's at 50% it should pretty well be a cake walk.

This fight seems mostly about timing and positioning. We'll spend an hour or so on it tonight and see how things go.
