IIRC, Cata will launch at 12am PST. Since the server is also pacific time, it will launch at 12am server. Which is unfortunately 2am my time . Looks like it's straight to bed when I get home from work on Monday night lol.

I don't really get how do we get our guild XP, and how do we get guild rep, could anyone explain to me, please?

most likely by contributing to guild like maybe, doing dungeons with the guild or raiding. you probably be contributing by having a guild tag on your head and doing stuff like looting/fishin/mining/craft etc. i think thats how they track it. but what i dont know is how much of a contribution does it take for you to level your guild rep. guess we'll see it very soon.
