Saw guild on forums, applied so I could begin raiding with people that are not stupid.
In contrast to our relaxed guild atmosphere, our raids can be very demanding, as we hold ourselves to a high standard. What is your attitude towards raiding and doing what it takes to succeed at a high level?:

Camdor,
Thanks for the application, give us some time to talk about you behind your back, and then we'll get back with you as soon as we're able. In the meantime, we might have some questions to ask you here, so check in occasionally.
When you get the chance, log off you in your raiding gear. Of course the MC weapon is not it, and if you've got less PvP gear that would be a plus.

Hi Camdor thanks for the app, I have some questions for you!
1. How long have you been playing/raiding in this tier, and what have you done as far as progression raiding? What have you experienced so far?
2. What are your currenty plans for Reputations in this current tier, I see your a bit behind, is that due to you having a main that can supply you those top end enchants for your gear with the 4.1 changes?
3. I see that you pvp, whose your pvp buddy and can I steal him/her :D, I kid!
4. Regarding your Arcane spec, could you explain your reasoning for putting points into Improved Counterspell, Improved Blink, Improved Polymorph, and Improved Fire Blast versus putting some of those much needed points into Invocation, Prismatic Cloak and Burning Soul?
5. Where did you get your Arcane spec from? Was this hand created?
6. Could you also explain your glyph choices as well?
7. Do your currently know what the current tier spell hit rating is?
8. What are you plans for your un-enchanted gear? Why aren't some of your pieces un-enchanted?
9. How do you reforge an Arcane mage with the changes made to them in 4.1? How are your reforging plans currently going for your mage?
