Smart phone apps

I just got a new android phone. Are there any apps anyone recommends?

I am not much for gaming, but I use these a lot:

Audible app for listening to books
Chase bank app (deposit checks by taking a picture of them, so cool!)
CNBC App for tracking the market and checking stock prices
The Weather Channel App for keeping track of weather
HTC Sync for synching up Itunes to my android

I don't use my phone for video since I have an Ipad, but there is a Netflix app you may want to use.

Aside from development stuff, that is pretty much my main app set. In addition to a phone, I limit my self to mp3 player functions and limited web information gathering. For broader web surfing, I prefer my ipad, which uses my phones mobile hotspot.

I am looking for a good app for tracking movie times, will let you know when I find one I am happy with.

It was like 3 bucks and I got it for my ipod touch last fall when I actually had a small amount of money.

check your pre installed apps, my android phone came with a weather channel/news ticker app already installed and if u allow gps it tracks where u are and gives the weather for that area blah blah
