Apparently ICC/ICC 5 mans are terribly broken, They "tweaked" some of the behind the scenes numbers for mobs and they are hitting WAY harder than normal...So..Not sure when/if thats being fixed.

find the folder labled: worldofwarcraft public test and open it, find data and open that, find cache and delete that.

I've finally gotten it fixed and got both the mage and the priest going- they are both set up we'll see if they are available. (name wise) but likely they will be what my toons are named now. in process of setup of new ptr content... which is SLOWLY ticking away. lol

Just get the beta IMO 
For the record, the new ultra graphics settings are brilliant right now. Stormwind looks like an absolute beast.

sweet tyvm that worked.
pallyjutso is the name i used on the ptr.
holy so broken
flash heal now 1200 mana and holy light 200 mana but cast time 1sec longer and doens last healing and the new big heal 1300mana and only heals for 20k
i dont like this.
