It's probably because you left. For about a week now I've been getting that spam randomly and then the next time I change zones I get D/C'd. It's really been making it a bear for me after wipes. >.<

I can screenshot the chat options for you if you want lol. That was the first thing I did the first time it happened. Even if I make a fresh chat tab with every channel disabled I get the disconnects. It's the herpes of connection issues.

Does this just happen with Haq, or are all your chars screwed like this?
Do you play on any other servers? If so does the same error occur?

All characters on all servers. I did however just read the link nanners posted and tried some of those tips, hopefully they help.
