have not really had the chance to do much raiding due to work but since my new job raiding times have opened up and am looking to get into it more.

to be honest i love the name and when i read about how you guys run things i had too apply.
In contrast to our relaxed guild atmosphere, our raids can be very demanding, as we hold ourselves to a high standard. What is your attitude towards raiding and doing what it takes to succeed at a high level?:
