monday and wendnesday. hockey on tuesday in the summer i wont have hockey though so i can be open tuesday and thursday

i have played wow for a few years and i am experienced with my paladin. i have run a few raids in cataclysm i ran many LK raids. former guilds are <bloodlust souls> <deathwing mercenaries> and <axes of evil>
How did you hear about our guild, and why have you decided to apply?:
i saw a few ppl in the guild and wanted to know if the guild raided a lot.
In contrast to our relaxed guild atmosphere, our raids can be very demanding, as we hold ourselves to a high standard. What is your attitude towards raiding and doing what it takes to succeed at a high level?:
i have a good attitude towards raiding and i can do what it takes to suceed.

i feel like a T-Rex since i am serious during this game but apart from that i have a good attitude. I like action and seeing the universe implode would be awesome (apart from the fact that we would all die)

You have ran raids in cata, but havent killed anything to prove it. You are exalted with only one reputation this late into Cata.
You logged out in your PVP gear, not allowing anyone to look at your PVE gear.
Your spec is entirely wrong for raiding as ret, as well as your glyphs. Glyph of light of dawn and glyph of Beacon of Light?
I leave the words above as advice to help you improve yourself in raiding and in further application to either us or another guild. I'm sorry don't believe your what we are currently looking for in our raiding progression, thank you for submitting an app to us.
