Dusting Off

I sensed a bad vibe after lastnights raid. Bad nights happen. We just need to pick our asses out of the dirt and dust it off. Allot of new people working together on fights that some are unfamiliar with. Our numbers are still not where they need to be, but look how far we have come in the last couple weeks. Stick with it, continue to better yourselves by doing your boss research, and things will get better.

ATTENDANCE and BEING PROMPT. Raid invites officially start at 6:15 server time. That means that "you" are expected to be online and ready to raid at that time. Waltzing in whenever the hell you feel like it is not acceptable. I understand shit happens and unforseable shit like getting stuck in traffic happens. This is not what I am talking about. Making people wait while you adjust your dick is not going to work. Do Better!!
