ABSENT TO RAID THREAD

Trip preparation has gone awry this week and I've got too much to do tonight to make it home in time to raid. Sorry folks, but I'll be out as well.

So I can't get internet at my current residence in Georgia. I'm set up to raid at a friends house but it's a 30 minute drive, if there are going to be three folks or so absent in the future can someone text me so I don't waste an hour of my life? I have signal on my phone where I live, but internet access is rare.

My parents are visiting this week so I will probably not be able to make it to the Thursday raid. I should still be making it to the Sunday raid (and probably Saturday flex).

Sorry, was terribly late tonight, hand off of the nephew went astray. Only 3 on when I logged in, so looks like raid didn't happen.

~~Work is being stupid because the shopworkers aren't doing their job when they are supposed to so I will be up to 1 1/2 hours late. As usual, there is a fair chance that I can sneak out early.~~

I got a call at 3:00 am saying that my shift was canceled. As of now I will be able to raid.

I was planning on being late at best on Sunday until someone reminded me today that this isn't my duty weekend. I guess next weekend is my duty weekend. So great news everybody, I'll be here for the raid!

I will not make the Thursday raid on January 2nd. I have to present a Firemark Award to a firefighter in a town like an hour away at 7pm. Go google Firemark Award at Liberty Mutual, it's a good thing. Plus I get to spend the evening with firemen...Hallaer, want to come with??
